With over 20 years of civil aviation experience, Mr. Dido Li has long been dedicated to business jet operations and maintenance management. He has led the establishment of several aviation companies from the ground up and is well-versed in CCAR-135 and FAR Part 135 operational standards. He possesses profound practical skills in operations, maintenance engineering, and asset management.
He leads his team in completing multiple aircraft inspections, retrofits, and troubleshooting projects, introducing predictive maintenance systems that have improved fleet airworthiness rates to 99.8%. As an expert in aviation asset management, he is skilled in aircraft introduction, residual value modeling, and risk control, helping companies optimize costs and maximize value.
